Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email has been received. You’ll get a separate notification once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
Our delivery process consists of two stages:
1) Processing Time
Each order is carefully verified, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after purchase.
2) Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary by region:

Order Tracking

Note: For logistical reasons, some orders may arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking Not Updating?
Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update after dispatch.
