Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email has been received. You’ll get a separate notification once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Our delivery process consists of two stages:

1) Processing Time

Each order is carefully verified, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after purchase.

2) Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary by region:

  • United States: 8–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 8–12 business days

  • Canada: 5–9 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–10 business days

  • Asia: 7–12 business days

Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment here: https://www.17track.net/de

Note: For logistical reasons, some orders may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking Not Updating?

Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update after dispatch.
 If your tracking number still isn’t working after that period, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
